777 now employs over 110 people, has offices and a dedicated recycling plant in Croydon, in Surrey and an ever increasing average annual turnover in excess of £25million. We concentrate on providing demolition services throughout the UK and enjoy a reputation for quality, innovation and teamwork. We are big enough to have the resources and influence to deliver what clients need, whilst not being so large that we cannot be close to our business and the needs of our clients.
The business continues to operate as one company structured into Sectors which fall within Demolition, Environmental Services, or Recycling. The sectors are supported by a Business Services Team that includes key functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Health and Safety, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Plant & Procurement and Communications.

Affordable housing has always been a core market for 777 and our relationships with RSLs are based on delivering value for money, timely and efficient demolition and asbestos solutions, and working closely with our clients to understand the needs of their residents.
Open Market Housing
Open Market housing has always been an important market for 777 and our relationships with private sector developers and house builders are based on delivering competitive, timely and efficient demolition and asbestos solutions.
Commercial property
The challenge for clients in this sector is certainty that their buildings will be delivered to the quality they require, on time and within budget. 777 can help to deliver their vision by early engagement in the design and planning process, and this has enabled us to develop long-term relationships with our private sector commercial clients.
Civic buildings
777 demolish and remove asbestos from civic buildings and amenities with minimum disruption to the local community. We have a successful history of demolishing buildings within the public realm.
Education
In the primary, secondary, further and higher education sectors we recognise the importance of understanding the aspirations of our clients. Our technical expertise includes demolition and decontamination services in specialist environments such as laboratories, lecture theatres, sports halls and student accommodation.
Healthcare
777’s approach to working with NHS Trusts is to understand the client’s objectives for each project and deliver a solution that best meets their needs. We work with clients to determine the best way for them to deliver their real estate goals, either by demolishing existing buildings or decontaminating existing facilities, ready for refurbishment.
Transport
Our transport sector covers rail, waterway and highways, including bridges and work in close proximity to waterways, canals and major rivers.
